1. SITUATION

• Overview: Intelligence gathered from local leaders Elders Zangeef and Zultan has identified a key power broker in the village of Mulladost. This individual is reported to have deep-rooted ties to insurgent cells and high-value targets (HVTs) operating within the province.
• KLE Target: Elder Bashir al-Khadem.
• Disposition/OPFOR Ties: Target is described as highly skeptical and weary of US presence. However, he is confirmed to be exceptionally well-connected to local terrorist networks. Establishing rapport is mission-critical to securing actionable intelligence on these cells.

2. MISSION

1-183rd Infantry conducts a Key Leader Engagement in Mulladost to secure the cooperation of Elder Bashir al-Khadem through the delivery of humanitarian aid ($500k and medical supplies) in order to gain intelligence on regional insurgent activity.

3. SUSTAINMENT

• Special Equipment: $500,000 USD (negotiable currency) and General Medical Supply crates.

4. COMMAND AND SIGNAL

Success Criteria: Elder Bashir accepts the offering and provides names, locations, or affiliations of terrorist elements in the Mulladost AO.
