Citation: For continued dedication, technical expertise, and conspicuous gallantry in support of Operation Bronze Spear. Throughout the duration of the deployment, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Teams of the Combat Support Battalion operated under high-threat conditions to neutralize explosive hazards, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and unexploded ordnance. Their rapid response capabilities, precise technical execution, and tireless commitment to the mission directly mitigated catastrophic risks to frontline units and secured critical lines of communication. The sustained bravery, selflessness, and professional excellence demonstrated by the EOD teams of the Combat Support Battalion reflect the highest credit upon themselves, the Combat Support Battalion, and the United States Army.
